DyLight 350, Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Review

To locate three different kinds of proteins in a sample through immunofluorescence technique, three different kinds of fluorophores,rather than pigments such as DAPI, are needed.( Namely, a green fluorescently-labeled secondary antibody、a red fluorescently-labeled secondary antibody，and a blue fluorescently-labeled secondary antibody). Dylight 350 blue fluorescence,the antibody offered by Abbkine, has higher intensity of fluorescence, better sensibility and higher optical stability than AMCA blue fluorescence.

Affinity purified using solid phase DyLight 350, Goat Anti-Mouse IgG with finally > 95% purity based on SDS-PAGE. And Abbkine suggested starting 1:50-1:1,000 dilutions for most fluorescent applications.

As the signals of AMCA are relatively weaker, AMCA is not recommended in single immunofluorescence analysis. Dylight 350, as excellent substitute for AMCA, has many advantages. I chose this product. I am quite satisfied.
