TERT Polyclonal Antibody Review

TERT is a symbol for the gene, Telomerase reverse transcriptase, in humans. Other names include: Telomerase catalytic subunit; Telomerase-associated protein 2; HEST2; Telomerase reverse transcriptase ; CMM9; DKCA2; DKCB4; EST2; PFBMFT1; TRT; hTRT. The encoded protein is an enzyme with an amino acid length of 1132 and a mass of 127.0 kDa. TERT is a member of the Abp57609-1Reverse transcriptase family, Telomerase subfamily.

TERT Polyclonal Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit serum by affinity-chromatography using specific immunogen. This antibody has been tested with WB, IHC-p and ELISA. And Abbkine suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000,IHC-p: 1:50-1:300,ELISA 1:5000-1:20000.

This gene shares homology with other species, including: Mouse. We make experiments with this TERT Antibody. The results of the experiment is satisfactory.
